Pooligloo, economical light enclosures that allow you to enjoy your pool
practically all year round.
Minigloo, a small light
enclosure designed for outdoor spas and jacuzzis.
Each product is a kit which can be
installed easily and quickly. They are the result of the work of two
European engineers, who after four years of research have provided the
market with a functional and economical product. The initial approval tests
and the sales results in these first few months are proving this.
Technical characteristics of Pooligloo
Pooligloo is made with the following materials:
Material:
Highly-resistant polyester of 150 gr/m2, protected with polyester resin and
waterproofed with polyurethane resin. Being the apparently weakest part of
the enclosure, it easily resists sun, rain, strong wind and snow. It is a
synthetic fibre made by Bayer.
This material is reinforced with polyester webbing and reinforcements of
three-layers of material at certain securing points. Each part is carefully
prepared.
It can be washed in an industrial washing machine.
Anchors:
This system allows the arches to be secured and the webbing of the enclosure
material to be tensed. It is made with screws, struts, stainless steel 304
sheets and
mechanised polyethylene.
There are three types of bases/anchorages:
Simple bases
Double bases
Frontal anchorages
Arches:
The arches form the structure that supports the enclosure. They are made of
fibreglass reinforced with Polyester resin and emulsified with Polyurethane
resin to prevent
deterioration which can be caused by UVA rays. Four pieces are connected to
each other with stainless steel male/female connectors to form an arch,
which is passed through the material to take the form of the arch and create
a useful interior space.
This is a simple video on our website which demonstrates how to assemble
it.
The weight of a Pooligloo enclosure (average size 7 x 10)
is around 70 kg and it is made up of three packs:
1. A kit bag containing the material which serves as the
covering, of approximately 0.50 cm in diameter and 1
metre in height, with a weight of 30 kg.
2. A tube containing the rods which form the arches and
whose length does not exceed 2.40 meters and weighs
30 kg.
3. A small box containing the anchors and a simple
installation manual.
Its weight does not exceed 10 Kg.
Pooligloo, has a number of advantages.
The result is a light and very flexible
enclosure which supports, with movement, gusts of wind, rain, snow and hail
and protects those who wish to use the pool out of season.
It is an enclosure which can be erected
and dismantled easily and folded to one side temporarily and returned to its
position when required. It can be stored anywhere and transported in any
vehicle.
Pooligloo has two front doors each
measuring almost two metres wide and two metres ten centimetres high. They
can be opened and closed with double slide injected nylon zips.
All the Pooligloo components remain
unaltered in saline climates and chlorine gases.
Its anchors are compatible with soil,
grass, concrete or wood with a concrete base and any concrete-based blocks.
Is a smaller square version of Pooligloo, with just one
door which is used to protect users of outdoor Jacuzzis or
spas. The same materials used for its big sister Pooligloo
are used.
There are three sizes: 3.5 m x 3.5 m, 4.0 m x 4.0 m y
4.5 m x 4.5 m. Each size has a height which varies
between 2.30 and 2.60 m.
Minigloo, offers its users the same advantages as
Pooligloo:
It is easier to install as it is smaller, it is light
and can be transported and stored anywhere.
It is presented in three packs:
A bag with the material, a
tube with the rods and a small box containing the
connectors and anchors.
