Chlorine Granules

These 55% Chlorine Granules are completely soluble and will hardly affect the pH of swimming pool water. As they contain Cyanuric Acid they are automatically stabilised against destruction of chlorine residual by sunlight.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. To maintain the chlorine level in private pools at a rate of between 2 to 3mg/litre (ppm), add 84g per 45.5m3 per day (3oz per 10,000 gallons). For spas add at a rate of 4.2gm/2.27m3 (500gls). Maintain a level of 3mg/l (ppm).
2. Pre-dissolve the granules and add to the pool choosing a period when the pool is not in use. Re-adjust the pH to between 7.2-7.6 for optimal bather comfort.
3. Regularly use a reliable Test Kit to determine Free Chlorine residual/pH levels and dose the pool accordingly.

Chlorine Tablets

Large, slow dissolving chlorine tablets. Can be used in either a Floating Dispenser or placed in the skimmer. Offers constant chlorination for up to 5 days.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Place tablets in a floating dispenser or a chlorinator.
2. Never place tablets in direct contact with pool surface or in areas of still water.
3. Recommended dosage: 2 tablets per 50m3 (11,000 gallons) of pool water. Dissolution time approx 3-5 days. Floating dispenser - 2 tablets per 32m3 (7,000 gallons) of pool water. Dissolution time approx 10-14 days.
4. If using a feeder/dispenser, ensure tablets used are of the same chemical (trichloroisocyanuric acid). If other materials have been used previously, wash out feeder thoroughly before adding tablets.
5. Check chlorine levels regularly with a Test Kit and maintain a chlorine residual of between 2-3mg/l (ppm).
6. Check pH value regularly with a Test Kit and maintain a level of 7.2 to 7.6.
7. Once a fortnight, ‘Shock treat’ by the addition of Granular Shock product (see Relax Pool Care Guide). This will help to destroy any organic matter that may have built up. Do not put Shock product in the tablet feeder.
